Let's keep in mind that this project is not only about creating a
structure of knowledge, but about 'structuring' (verb). It is, in
general, part of larger whole of 'activity' called the Semantic Web
(not an 'unvarying' structure). The point made by Edwina Taborsky in
her study Architectonics of Semiosis, is that we are engaged in an
action, continuous. (01)

To name what can be named is not constant [continuous] naming.
'Not-exist' names the beginning of the cosmos [organization]
'Exists' names the mother of the ten-thousand natural kinds [ontology] .
Thus, to treat 'not-exist' as constant is desiring to use it to view
its mysteries.
To treat 'exists' as constant is desiring to use it to view its
manifestations.
These two emerge together yet have different names.
'Together'-- call that 'obscure.' 'Obscure' it and it is more obscure.
